This workout this morning is worth jotting down in the journal – particularly after last week’s LT workout which was Really tough.  Woke up at 4:45AM (Hawaii Standard Time) and jogged down to Ala Moana Beach Park as a warm up.  After a 3m warm up, I did 6m at around 6:25/pace.  And I actually felt strong…think I ran the 5th mile at around 6:10.  Definitely a big confidence booster.  And I’m now thinking I’m at/around same fitness level when I was training for CIM.  Sub 2:55 might be in the works…Chicago weather/etc. permitted!
