my running has definitely declined in frequency and quantity since i ran cim on 12/4/11.  here are my weekly running mileage totals.  hoping to gradually get back up to the 70 miles per week (mpw) range in the next couple of months in preparation for the honolulu half marathon on sun 3/11.

week of 12/5 = 17m

week of 12/12 = 25m

week of 12/19 = 33m

week of 12/26 = 53m

week of 1/2 = 43m

week of 1/9 = 41m

up next: a couple mid 50m weeks, a step back week, then a couple 60+ mpw weeks.
